Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary day-to-day project management contact for life sciences clients
Lead client-facing status meetings and steering committee check-ins
Manage full project lifecycle — from charter and work breakdown structure through execution and close-out
Develop and maintain resource and risk plans
Build trusted, long-term working relationships with client counterparts
Support senior staff in client workshops, strategy sessions, and business reviews
Translate complex analytical and technology deliverables into clear communication
Travel to client sites as needed to strengthen relationships
Map, document, and continuously improve cross-functional workflows
Define KPIs and build dashboards to track operational health
Lead special projects at leadership’s direction

Requirements

What you’ll need

6–8 years of project management experience in a consulting, SaaS, health-tech, or life sciences environment
Proven track record managing external client relationships
Proficiency in Jira, Smartsheet, Monday, or other PM tools
Fluency in both Agile/Scrum and traditional Waterfall frameworks
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage 3 - 5 concurrent projects across distributed teams
Comfortable with 25–30% client travel
Certifications: PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, etc. (preferred)
