About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and lead Beghou’s Medical Affairs Enablement strategy, aligned to firm-wide data, analytics, and AI capabilities.
  • Design and scale differentiated offerings focused on:
  • Medical operations enablement including sizing, alignment, deployment, and performance measurement.
  • KOL identification and strategic insight synthesis.
  • Medical insights capture, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled use cases.
  • Early-stage CRM and data infrastructure for medical teams.
  • Operating models that strengthen integration between Medical and Commercial.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Heads of Medical Affairs, Medical Operations leaders, and executive stakeholders, particularly within emerging biotech and launch-stage organizations.
  • Lead complex client engagements, ensuring measurable operational and commercial impact.
  • Develop and evangelize repeatable frameworks, IP, and delivery playbooks that scale across clients and reinforce Beghou’s market differentiation.
  • Partner closely with Commercial, Value and Access, Data Science, and Product leaders to shape unified, insight-driven go-to-market models.
  • Build market credibility and contribute to thought leadership that positions Beghou as a modern medical enablement partner.
  • Drive business development and independently originate new client opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Operations, or related advisory roles within life sciences.
  • Demonstrated leadership in Medical Affairs or consulting environments with direct exposure to field medical teams.
  • Deep understanding of Medical’s role in launch, early lifecycle, and specialty commercialization models.
  • Experience designing or optimizing medical team sizing, deployment, alignment, or performance measurement frameworks.
  • Strong familiarity with KOL strategy, medical insight capture processes, and analytics enablement.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms, data infrastructure, and AI-driven insight synthesis.
  • Proven ability to establish executive credibility and build long-term client relationships.
  • Track record of winning and leading strategic consulting engagements.
  • Ability to operate within a commercially oriented pyramid structure and collaborate cross-functionally across analytics, data science, and commercialization teams.
