HR Executive, HRBP

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary point of contact for employee onboarding
- Ensure new employees are on boarded smoothly with all necessary documentation and induction
- Conduct background verification, reference check, and facilitate induction sessions
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, job performance, and training records
- Assist in preparing materials for HR audits and inspections
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and time-off requests
- Monitor adherence to company policies and statutory regulations
- Assist in resolving employee queries and maintaining a positive work culture
- Conduct team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives
- Support in exit formalities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
- Manage office supplies and ensure a safe working environment
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for senior management
- Manage filing systems for HR and administrative documents
- Coordinate company events and employee welfare programs
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally
Requirements
What you’ll need- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
- 4-7 years of Experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or Administrative Assistant.
- Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
