About the role
- Work with cross-functional project teams in the design and development of high-quality deliverables for clients.
- Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, approach, and development strategies.
- Contribute to Beghou’s internal data warehouse build.
- Demonstrate knowledge of data platform components (warehouse, monitoring, etc.) and data engineering (ETL design, schema design, etc.) and CI/CD best practices.
- Analyze data, synthesize findings, and develop actionable insights, communicating results to both internal and external teams.
- Work on projects, handling client communications, meeting facilitation, and timelines, serving as a primary point of contact with minimal oversight.
- Develop and optimize data processes, utilizing coding where necessary to facilitate efficient data handling and reporting.
- Coordinate with global and diverse teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Contribute to internal firm initiatives to drive organizational growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 2+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Experience with one or more additional UI-based ETL tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Alteryx, Informatica, SnapLogic, Boomi, Prophecy), preferred.
- Experience with relational database technologies, such as Databricks, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MySQL.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint), with advanced expertise in Excel.
- Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., Python, PySpark, SAS, VBA, etc.) and experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred.
- Experience with Claude Code or ChatGPT Codex is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong ability to collaborate, adapt quickly, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry best practices in data analytics within the pharmaceutical sector.
