About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide emergency support for domestic and international travel, delivering prompt and efficient assistance;
Perform rebookings, ticketing, cancellations and re-accommodations as required by the client;
Analyze and propose rapid solutions in critical situations to minimize impact on the traveler;
Maintain direct contact with airlines, hotels and suppliers to resolve urgent requests;
Ensure detailed verification (double-check) of all bookings and issuances;
Log and monitor service cases in internal systems;
Collaborate with leadership and other departments for alignment and decision-making;
Ensure high-quality service, following company policies and procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience as a travel consultant, preferably in emergency support;
Knowledge of bookings, ticketing and rebookings (domestic and international);
Experience using advanced English for customer-facing support;
Experience with GDS systems (such as Amadeus, Sabre or similar);
Strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure;
Analytical, proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
Differentials:
Experience with VIP service or corporate accounts;
Knowledge of additional languages;
Experience in high-demand, 24/7 support environments.
