About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide customer service to travel agents via phone, email, and WhatsApp;
Issue domestic and international tickets using airline portals (E-GOL, e-LATAM) and GDSs Sabre and Amadeus;
Reserve and manage ancillary services such as seat assignments, special assistance, and ancillary revenue options;
Manage requests and monitor reservations, ensuring prompt solutions aligned with airline and supplier policies;
Calculate fare changes and reissue tickets according to applicable rules;
Review and interpret fare rules and airline policies;
Monitor and ensure completion of ticketing and after-sales processes, meeting deadlines and maintaining service quality;
Maintain ongoing relationships with internal teams and partner airlines, fostering effective communication.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma required (college degree preferred).
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Customer service experience (preferably in the travel/tourism industry).
Familiarity with DCP E-Latam, E-GOL, and other airline portals (Azul, NDC LATAM).
Availability to work in the São Caetano area, from 10:00 to 20:00.
Knowledge of Amadeus and/or Sabre is desirable.
