About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support to travel agencies;
Perform ticketing and group reservations for national and international groups;
Handle seat assignments and request special services;
Manage group negotiations for national and international bookings, including deadline management;
Maintain professional and courteous relationships with suppliers, external clients, and internal stakeholders;
Manage requests and monitor reservations, ensuring prompt, accurate solutions aligned with airline and supplier policies;
Maintain ongoing communication with internal teams and partner airlines to ensure effective collaboration;
Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement of operational and customer service processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with GDS systems: Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo and NDC;
Experience using airline portals such as E-Gol, E-Latam, Azul Viagens and other carriers;
Knowledge of fare negotiation techniques;
Experience servicing group bookings;
Knowledge of world geography;
Intermediate-level Excel skills.
