About the role
- Support BeeX’s international deployment efforts in the UK offshore wind and EU Offshore Energy and Defense sectors
- Frequent interactions with clients and internal stakeholders such as operations, business, engineering, and management teams
- Directly report to the Chief Technology Officer
- Scope and coordinate field operations, advising on deployment strategy, and support execution of OWF-related projects in the UK
- Provide project planning input for HAUV missions, support technical and logistical discussions with offshore wind developers, and contribute to commercial proposals and market entry strategies in the region
- Plan thoroughly and liaise with customers on requirements, conduct risk assessments, develop project plans, and coordinate projects
- Supervise project progress, ensuring milestones are met, liaise with internal stakeholders, and report regularly to clients on project progress
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations after operational deployment is complete
- Update and maintain track records on operational requirements and project documentation
Requirements
- Offshore/subsea experience
- Meticulous and attentive to detail
- Experience in project management with strong time management skills
- Excellent report writing abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
