About the role
- Manage CRM-related projects, including database mapping and integration, customer analytics, campaign strategy and implementation;
- Build automations such as drip/trigger-based rules, data-update automations, and interaction flows (customer journeys);
- Propose and validate tests for content, frequency and channel;
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting on communication results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Marketing or Business Administration
- Solid experience in CRM (app push notifications, Email, WhatsApp, SMS)
- Advanced Excel
- Advanced English (reading and writing)
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Nice to have:
- Knowledge of programming languages (Python/R) or SQL
