Talent Acquisition Specialist, Temporary

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to source and select top talent following best practices
- Post open positions, screen candidates, conduct initial interviews over phone and video call, recommend candidates, schedule interviews for hiring managers
- Support hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that attract qualified candidates
- Provide a world-class candidate experience
- Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in industry best practices, including talent sourcing, behavioral interviewing, and selection strategies
- Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment tools
- Experience in a fast-paced, changing environment preferred
- Experience in banking/credit union recruitment preferred
- Experience in both in-house and agency recruitment preferred
