About the role

  • Performance deep dives on paid channels
  • Use a data-driven approach to improve activation and retention, and decrease churn
  • Build dashboards and reports to track performance, conversion, and adoption
  • Develop and maintain experiments (A/B tests, feature flagging) to validate hypotheses and measure impact
  • User journey tracking and funnel drop-off
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to improve event tracking, instrumentation, and data quality
  • Planning and executing on more qualitative measurement (surveys, brand lift studies, and the like)

Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) of experience as a Growth Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role within a SaaS or high-growth tech company
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode, Metabase, or similar)
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, or similar)
  • Experience with experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing)
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
