• The focus is on the first stage of the sales funnel: finding new customers (e.g., via LinkedIn, industry directories, etc.)
• Approach prospects directly, spark interest, build trust
• Qualify leads and uncover the needs of our potential customers
• Objective: schedule a meeting — after that, management takes over
