Sales Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and support clients in the Corporate, MICE, and Leisure segments
- Actively acquire new corporate clients and identify sales opportunities in accommodation and events
- Draft and prepare corporate contracts
- Maintain and develop existing customer relationships
- Conduct corporate and client visits, including property tours
- Analyze the location and continuously monitor market trends
- Implement efficient, creative sales and marketing strategies
- Support Sales Managers in creating action plans, analyses, and reports
- Maintain brand-related RFP tools and sales systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in the hotel industry, ideally in sales/B2B
- Business-fluent German and English
- Confident, professional demeanor
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel within the sales territory
- Strong guest-service orientation
