About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and support clients in the Corporate, MICE, and Leisure segments
  • Actively acquire new corporate clients and identify sales opportunities in accommodation and events
  • Draft and prepare corporate contracts
  • Maintain and develop existing customer relationships
  • Conduct corporate and client visits, including property tours
  • Analyze the location and continuously monitor market trends
  • Implement efficient, creative sales and marketing strategies
  • Support Sales Managers in creating action plans, analyses, and reports
  • Maintain brand-related RFP tools and sales systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in the hotel industry, ideally in sales/B2B
  • Business-fluent German and English
  • Confident, professional demeanor
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Willingness to travel within the sales territory
  • Strong guest-service orientation
