About the role
- Processing inquiries, proposals, invoices, and guest communications
- Planning and organizing events, including the preparation of function sheets
- Managing the banquet and events area (27 meeting rooms) and coordinating the service team
- On-site operational support (reception, supervising breaks, etc.)
- Handling special requests and professional complaint management
Requirements
- A completed apprenticeship in hotel management
- Professional experience in hospitality, ideally in the banquet sector
- Experience in event organization
- Structured approach and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong service orientation
- Willingness to pursue continuous professional development and stay informed about new trends in the events industry
