About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect, negotiate, and close new contracts with retailers and regional accounts in Caldas Novas, GO (Brazil)
- Develop strategies to expand the customer base and increase local market share
- Manage and monitor the active portfolio, aiming to grow volume, increase usage recurrence, and reduce churn
- Act as the local focal point for Large Accounts operations, supporting compliance with agreed service levels
- Identify and proactively address operational bottlenecks, contributing to problem resolution with internal teams
- Monitor regional performance indicators, analyze growth opportunities, and propose data-driven actions
- Prepare reports and present results to leadership.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Reside in Caldas Novas, GO (Brazil)
- Proven experience in the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closing
- Experience in logistics, technology, digital platforms, mobility, or related sectors is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
- Analytical profile, with the ability to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of the geography, retail landscape, and mobility dynamics of Caldas Novas, GO
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with different customer profiles
- Availability for travel and customer visits.
