• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential influencers and reach out with tailored campaign proposals.
• Request and evaluate influencer media kits and audience analytics to assess suitability for partnerships.
• Negotiate campaign fees and deliverables, then coordinate campaign execution, including content approvals, posting schedules, and deliverable tracking.
• Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics.
• Rebook successful campaigns and cultivate long-term relationships with influencer partners.
• Help innovate and develop new collaboration formats and contract models, from micro-influencers to celebrities.
