About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and further develop existing products
  • Conduct market, competitor and target audience analyses
  • Contribute to the development of new products and assortments
  • Support pricing and positioning
  • Coordinate with design and executive management on product concepts
  • Create product and marketing copy
  • Ensure quality, availability and product standards
  • Prepare product presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with Marketing, Purchasing, Logistics and Sales
  • Monitor product performance across the entire lifecycle
  • Support the optimization of product-related processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • Several years of experience in product management, product marketing or similar areas
  • Experience in e-commerce, consumer goods or comparable industries is a plus
  • Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Strong numerical affinity and an understanding of market and customer needs
  • Hands-on mentality and a high level of personal responsibility
  • Good communication and team skills
  • Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Interest in health, natural or cosmetic products is an advantage
