About the role

  • Development and implementation of our CRM & email strategy (from campaigns to flows)
  • Building segmentations and personalizations along the customer journey
  • Analysis of KPIs (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion) and deriving concrete optimizations
  • Creation of high-performing emails (copy; structure; basic designs)
  • Further development and optimization of flows (e.g., Welcome, Retention, Abandoned Cart)
  • Close collaboration with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Management, and Customer Care)

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in CRM / email marketing
  • Experience with Klaviyo is a plus but not required
  • Prior experience working with a CRM/email marketing tool
  • Strong copywriting skills (sales-oriented & educational)
  • Confident handling of data and KPIs
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Slack, Notion
  • Fluent in German and good command of English
