About the role
- Development and implementation of our CRM & email strategy (from campaigns to flows)
- Building segmentations and personalizations along the customer journey
- Analysis of KPIs (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion) and deriving concrete optimizations
- Creation of high-performing emails (copy; structure; basic designs)
- Further development and optimization of flows (e.g., Welcome, Retention, Abandoned Cart)
- Close collaboration with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Management, and Customer Care)
Requirements
- 3ā4 years of experience in CRM / email marketing
- Experience with Klaviyo is a plus but not required
- Prior experience working with a CRM/email marketing tool
- Strong copywriting skills (sales-oriented & educational)
- Confident handling of data and KPIs
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Slack, Notion
- Fluent in German and good command of English
