About the role
- You identify, recruit, and manage influencers and creator partners
- You build long-term, mutually respectful partnerships
- You create clear briefings and coordinate content
- You analyze campaign performance and derive learnings
- You plan and execute influencer campaigns
- You negotiate budgets with potential influencers
Requirements
- Minimum 2ā5 years of professional experience in influencer marketing
- Experience in e-commerce/D2C (ideally in health, beauty, or dietary supplements)
- Ideally a vocational qualification or degree in marketing or a related field
- Passion for influencer marketing and social media
- Strong sense for target audiences, authentic content, and current trends
- Organized and independent work approach
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and team spirit
