About the role
- You take on the central coordination of daily office operations
- You support our accountant
- You keep track of inventory, maintain a shopping list, and are responsible for office purchasing
- You handle employee orders
- You are responsible for organizational and administrative tasks in day-to-day operations
- You are the point of contact for orders related to equipment, scheduling and internal processes
- Your tasks include coordinating external service providers (e.g., building maintenance, tax advisors, cleaning, etc.)
- You work closely with other departments
- Your own ideas on how we can make individual office processes simpler, clearer and more efficient are welcome
- You take care of our mailbox and daily mail
Requirements
- You have a structured way of working, are reliable and enjoy keeping things organized
- You are friendly, helpful and have a hands-on mentality
- You can prioritize and work efficiently and independently
- Initial experience in an office, team assistant or administrative role is an advantage
