Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage execution of cloud platform, fleet technology interfaces, and customer applications across Engineering, Commercial, and Operations
  • Anticipate and mitigate program and technical risk
  • Balance tactical implementation with strategic execution
  • Define and evolve lightweight program management practices
  • Translate complex technical interdependencies into aligned, actionable program plans
  • Use excellent communication skills to facilitate high-stakes technical decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a comparable technical leadership role
  • Domain experience in Infrastructure and Cloud Platforms
  • Experience delivering User-Facing Applications (Apps)
  • 2+ years of professional experience leading programs involving safety-critical or high-reliability systems
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
