Accountant

• Proactively manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting close activities
• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and ensure strict adherence to internal controls
• Produce accurate and prompt reporting of financial results, aligning with both US GAAP and global accounting standards
• Ensure adherence to appropriate accounting standards and controls, including thorough review of journal entries, general ledger account reconciliations, and comprehensive analysis of monthly results
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation, streamlining the closing timeline without compromising accounting accuracy and integrity
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to collect and analyze pertinent data and contextual information essential for conducting accounting tasks effectively

• Own and execute Bedrock’s sales strategy
• Own the full sales cycle — from strategy to execution — and shape Bedrock’s revenue engine
• Identify, qualify, and close multi-million-dollar contracts with enterprise buyers, often involving technical evaluation teams, regulatory bodies, and C-suite decision-makers
• Build, lead, and mentor a small but high-performing sales team
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders — from procurement officers to CTOs and GMs
• Drive pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and CRM discipline
• Collaborate cross-functionally with BD, operations, marketing, and leadership to align sales with company priorities
• Represent Bedrock at industry events, demos, and strategic meetings
• Measured by revenue growth, contract wins, strategic partnerships, and successful launch of scalable go-to-market systems
