About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the CEO's calendar; align schedule priorities with company objectives, key business cycles, and critical stakeholder commitments.
  • Serve as the primary, high-touch liaison between the CEO and internal teams.
  • Triaging incoming requests with sound judgment and diplomacy.
  • Plan and coordinate seamless executive travel itineraries, international visas, logistics, and expense reporting.
  • Continuously refine administrative workflows and executive office procedures to improve team operations.
  • Attend executive leadership and board meetings to record minutes, capture critical action items, and follow up with cross-functional owners to ensure execution.
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive cross-departmental projects and keep key initiatives on schedule.
  • Draft, edit, and format high-grade correspondence, executive summaries, memo drafts, and presentation materials.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience as an executive assistant, chief of staff, office manager, or executive business partner.
  • Highly proactive with a natural ability to anticipate business needs, spot operational bottlenecks before they happen, and resolve problems autonomously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with current technology.
