Project Manager

• Work closely with Bedford's Professional Services teams to successfully manage projects.
• Responsible for managing and delivering projects using the agile "Anaplan Way" methodology.
• Define project scope and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders.
• Develop a project plan to manage each project in compliance with Bedford's governance criteria and commercial parameters.
• Lead internal resources/teams as well as all partners and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage changes to project scope.
• Identify, assess, and control project risks and issues.
• Measure and report project performance (RAG) using appropriate methods and tools.
• Maintain regular communication with management and escalate issues as required.
• Responsible for the ongoing financial control of the project.
• Formally hand over products and/or solutions to the Bedford Care team and Managed Services for regular support.
• Actively lead and motivate the Professional Services team across all project phases.

Consultant

• Collaborate at a senior level within the Professional Services team to deliver high-quality Anaplan solutions on time and within budget.
• Translate existing solutions (e.g., Excel models, business requirements) into complex, multidimensional Anaplan models.
• Advisory approach: active listening and co-developing solutions with a clear target vision.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships at all organizational levels and actively manage stakeholders to ensure transparency around progress and outcomes.
• Experience working across diverse business environments and proactively managing client expectations.
• Drive innovation by leveraging current Anaplan features and utilizing our internal knowledge base.
• Share best practices with colleagues.
• Communicate effectively and openly with colleagues at Bedford and Anaplan.
• Actively participate in internal business development initiatives during periods without active client projects.

Anaplan Consultant

• You will work in our Professional Services team and be responsible for the timely and on-budget delivery of high-quality Anaplan solutions for our clients.
• You will take on a consulting role by analyzing client needs and co-creating tailored solutions.
• You will maintain long-term client relationships across multiple organizational levels and ensure through active stakeholder management that all relevant parties are informed of progress and expected outcomes.
• You will manage expectations regarding our service delivery and promote long-term partnerships beyond the project.
• You bring experience from various business domains and are experienced in handling client requirements.
• You will develop and implement the latest Anaplan product innovations and share your knowledge within our team.
• You will communicate effectively and openly with colleagues at Bedford and Anaplan.
• You will actively participate in business development initiatives when not engaged in client projects.

Professional Services Consultant – S&OP, Anaplan

• Define project scope and objectives with all relevant stakeholders to lead the project through the “foundations phase”.
• Develop a project plan to manage each project in accordance with Bedford’s governance criteria and commercial parameters.
• Lead internal resources/teams as well as all partners (third-party vendors/suppliers) and clients to ensure smooth project delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget.
• Manage changes to project scope through appropriate project or commercial control methods.
• Share lessons learned with Bedford management to enable corrective actions as part of the continuous improvement process.
• Identify, assess and control project risks and issues.
• Define and implement appropriate actions in close coordination with internal business units, customers, partners or other relevant stakeholders.
• Measure and report on project performance (RAG) using appropriate methods and tools.
• Communicate regularly with management and escalate when required, including presenting possible solution options for emerging challenges.
• Take responsibility for ongoing financial control of the project, including budget control, forecasting and time recording to maintain project targets and tolerances.
• Manage project handover in a secure and verifiable manner.
• Formally transfer products and/or solutions to the Bedford Care team and Managed Services for routine support, from both Bedford’s and the client’s perspective, before the project is taken live and formally closed.
• Actively lead and motivate the Professional Services team across all project phases.
• Collaborate on planning and provide regular communication on project progress, risks and mitigations.
• Work effectively with all key stakeholders to manage expectations internally and on the client side.
• Build trust and develop relationships to ensure Bedford’s project delivery achieves the expected outcomes.
• Actively pursue professional development and explore new technologies, methods and business frameworks to continuously optimise efficiency, resource use and the customer experience.
