Key responsibilities & impact

Manage projects, features, and business initiatives from planning through implementation and closure
Partner with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business requirements
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans, and key deliverables
Coordinate activities across teams, manage dependencies, and foster collaboration
Identify potential obstacles, proactively address challenges, and help remove barriers
Participate in project governance activities and provide clear communication to stakeholders
Ensure project artifacts, documentation, and deliverables meet organizational standards
Support project budgeting, forecasting, invoice reviews, and reconciliation of project expenditures
Organize and manage the work of external partners and vendors supporting project initiatives
Create implementation plans and coordinate project launch activities
Identify opportunities to enhance project execution, team effectiveness, and delivery processes
Seek coaching and development opportunities while expanding your project leadership capabilities
Perform other duties as assigned to support evolving business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Minimum 2 years of experience leading or supporting business and/or technology projects
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Professional project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, or equivalent preferred
Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) preferred
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery environments preferred
Experience supporting cross-functional teams and stakeholders across complex organizations preferred
