About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You’ll lead the development of end-to-end member journeys, mapping key lifecycle stages and defining the moments that matter to drive engagement, retention, and growth.
- You’ll build and operationalize segmentation strategies, translating enterprise segments into actionable marketing approaches that better serve diverse member needs.
- You’ll own key marketing models (e.g., next best offer, attrition) from a strategic lens— identifying gaps, refining existing models, and shaping future capabilities.
- Guide an integrated channel strategy across digital and traditional platforms, with a focus on expanding into under-utilized channels to broaden reach, increase engagement, and drive measurable impact.
- You’ll translate data into actionable insights, partnering with analytics teams to inform strategies, evaluate performance, and improve marketing effectiveness.
- You’ll lead forecasting efforts and ROI analysis, helping the organization make informed, high-impact marketing investments.
- You’ll collaborate closely with product, analytics, finance, and MarTech teams to align strategies, define requirements, and ensure seamless execution.
- You’ll oversee marketing plans to ensure alignment with business objectives, while guiding teams to execute against a cohesive lifecycle strategy.
- You’ll own performance storytelling—consolidating insights, leading business reviews, and delivering clear, strategic recommendations to leadership.
- You’ll manage marketing budgets, ensuring accurate tracking, efficient allocation, and alignment with strategic priorities.
- You’ll mentor team members and act as a strategic thought partner, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications, or equivalent work or education-related experience
- Seven years of experience as a Marketing Manager or related role
- Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications preferred.
- CRM and life-cycle marketing experience
- Project management skills with a strong service focus and ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables
- Exceptional written and executive presentation skills, with experience developing and delivering strategic presentations tailored to leadership and executive audiences.
- Demonstrated understanding of brand and its relation to positioning, marketing strategies, and tactics
- Business acumen with the ability to research and provide innovative business and competitive analytics, positioning, and strategies toward fulfilling marketing opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional collaboration, relationship building, influence, and negotiation.
