Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelors degree in public relations, journalism, marketing, communications or equivalent work or educational experience required
10 years of experience working in communications, employee engagement or a related field, engaging in strategy development and implementation and managing communications and engagement programs
Occasional travel required
Proven experience developing and executing strategic communication and engagement programming required
Project management skills required
Advanced experience developing and using metrics, research, insights and benchmarking to guide decisions required
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional project teams required
Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships and provide strategic counsel to executives, organizational leaders and cross-functional partners required
Interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively communicate with executive leadership, management, staff, and outside contacts required
Effective leadership and negotiation skills required
Verbal and written skills to effectively communicate required
