About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a trusted advisor to Technology and enterprise leaders by providing forecast support, financial insights, and strategic recommendations
Lead annual planning cycles, periodic forecasts, and long-range financial modeling efforts while identifying trends, risks, and opportunities impacting financial performance
Create ROI analyses, net present value models, and executive-level recommendations that support strategic initiatives
Prepare monthly expense, project, and FTE variance reporting while delivering actionable insights
Partner with teams across DABD, MDX, CMBS, and more to align financial planning efforts with enterprise priorities
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and support automation initiatives
Build and maintain sophisticated financial models that support strategic decision-making
Present financial insights, recommendations, and strategic analysis to executive leadership and key stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or equivalent work-related experience
Minimum 7 years of functional experience in a financial institution, supporting technology organizations or enterprise strategic initiatives
Experience in building business cases for ROI and NPV for leadership decision making
Proficiency in using OneStream and Quickview as well as Excel modeling and financial analysis skills
Experience with presentation, stakeholder management, conflict resolution and relationship-building skills
