About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You’ll take the lead in driving high-impact projects that power BECU’s analytics initiatives
  • You will be responsible for project planning, implementation, closure, and enterprise analysis
  • You’ll work independently while staying deeply connected to enterprise priorities
  • You’ll lead complex, mid- to large-scale projects from planning through execution and closure
  • You’ll partner with cross-functional teams across the enterprise
  • You’ll provide weekly updates to executive leadership
  • You’ll draft scopes of work, define deliverables, and ensure all project activities are clearly documented
  • You’ll manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • You’ll proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive resolution strategies
  • You’ll apply and enhance project management methodologies
  • Develop and implement project management practices, governance standards, and metrics specific to the business unit
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to align on project status
  • Track key project milestones and recommend adjustments
  • Manage the activities of partners and outside resources working on assigned projects
  • Ensure consistent and timely communication regarding project status, issues, and risks
  • Define, report on, and measure expected business outcomes for all projects upon completion
  • Incorporate effective change and risk management controls

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline or equivalent work and educational experience required
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience leading projects
  • Project Management or Scrum Master certification preferred
  • Experience operating in an Agile Framework
  • Experience with Enterprise Analytics and Azure DevOps
