About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define, guide, and oversee the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery for complex digital banking products and strategic transformation initiatives
Drive informed, data-backed decisions across the product lifecycle
Partner closely with technology, design, analytics, operations, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities
Evaluate feedback, research, and insights to identify product opportunities, integrating the voice of the member into product strategies
Lead improvements to product management processes
Define and monitor success metrics for digital banking products and capabilities
Oversee product financials, including projections, budgets, and expense reporting
Collaborate with Design to drive discovery, research, and the delivery of cohesive experience journeys
Mentor and coach individuals and teams, provide ongoing feedback, support professional growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technology, business, or related discipline
8+ years of product management or equivalent experience
5+ years of people leadership experience
Financial services experience required
Experience overseeing all phases of the product development lifecycle
Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams
Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies informed by the voice of the customer
Experience managing and maintaining vendor relationships
Experience improving product development processes, ways of working, and development velocity
Comfort operating in environments with ambiguity, change, and evolving priorities
