About the role

  • Planning, coordination and management of research, development and special projects
  • Development and design of complex innovation projects and technology initiatives in collaboration with technical departments, sales and management
  • Technical leadership of the Product Development department

Requirements

  • Degree in a technical field (e.g. shipbuilding, mechanical engineering or equivalent)
  • Several years of professional experience in the maritime sector or in product development
  • Solid knowledge of hydrodynamics and structural dynamics, as well as hydraulic and electrical systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SolidWorks
  • Communication in German and English, at least at B2 level
