About the role
- Provide technical and operational leadership for warehouse and logistics staff
- Responsible for organizing and optimizing warehouse operations
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts/industrial trucks
- Handle inbound and outbound goods using forklifts/industrial trucks
- Monitor compliance with safety, quality and process requirements
Requirements
- Vocational qualification as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik) or Warehouse Operative (Fachlagerist)
- Several years of professional experience and ideally initial leadership experience
- Experience organizing and optimizing warehouse and logistics processes
- Strong team and communication skills
- Forklift license (mandatory)
- Knowledge of wood/timber materials (desirable)
