About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner closely with business leaders to provide strategic and operational people advice

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experienced People & Culture professional with a strong generalist background
  • Proven success partnering with leaders in a complex organisational environment
  • Sound knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation
  • Practical experience managing employee relations matters, organisational change, and leadership coaching
  • Knowledge of Australian employment legislation advantageous
  • Commercially minded, balancing people outcomes with business priorities
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence confidently at all levels
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex people challenges
  • Practical, solutions-focused, and resilient
  • Passion for people and culture and commitment to exceptional service
  • Collaborative approach and contribution to team success
