About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supporting the preparation and submission of bids, tenders, and capability statements
  • Coordinating and formatting proposal documents, including proofreading and quality assurance
  • Sourcing, organising and updating CVs, project information, and content for submissions
  • Supporting CRM systems and maintaining accurate client and opportunity information
  • Working closely with marketing and communications teams to ensure all outputs are aligned with Beca’s brand
  • Providing coordination support across Business Development and market profile activities, including events, award submissions, and team logistics
  • Over time, there may be pathways to grow into Business Development Advisor and more strategic Business Development roles

Requirements
