About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leading process designs, including PFD and P&ID development
Developing specifications for process equipment and supporting the tendering of major equipment
Build strong long-term relationships with clients
Demonstrate ability to understand client's core business
Translate client requirements into project deliverables
Ensure services meet client expectations
Provide technical advice to improve process capacity or troubleshoot issues
Undertake and lead process reviews, investigations, options assessments and designs
Work effectively in a team environment to deliver multi-disciplinary design
Manage project finances, including cost tracking and forecasting
Leading and mentoring more junior engineers
Flexibility to travel to work alongside clients to deliver projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree qualified Process or Chemical Engineer
Experience in delivering capital projects within the food, beverage, energy, manufacturing, minerals, metals or water industries
Highly organised with outstanding technical and communication skills
Ability to influence and drive successful project outcomes
Previous on-site experience and consulting experience will be well-regarded.
