💰 $75,000 - $85,000 per year
About the role
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites
- Travel to customer sites across Southern California and other states (100% field time)
- Submit complete and accurate data entry and documentation of service actions
- Support internal operational teams and complete department projects
- Provide feedback and participate in procedure/process improvements
- Complete and process various service requests and orders
- Participate in new-hire training and share expertise
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)
- 3–5 years of experience in technical field service, technical support, or electro-mechanical device manufacturing
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to instruct and educate customers on product use, care, and maintenance
- Familiarity with Outlook, Salesforce, Adobe Acrobat, and Concur
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated team player
- Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; valid driver's license and ability to meet car rental requirements
- Ability to travel within the U.S. for up to 1–2 weeks at a time
- Reliable transportation for local travel (mileage reimbursed)
- Ability to lift and move up to 85 lbs.
