About the role
- Lead the commercial team serving small retailers in São Paulo/SP, ensuring prospecting and qualification of new clients, identifying strategic growth opportunities, and driving company results.
- Monitor team performance through result analyses, training, and coaching across all stages of the sales process.
- Ensure sales success by overseeing the logistical process so that deadlines are met with clients.
- Supervise the sales routine, maintaining a regular visit schedule with each team member to assess customer potential and promote an increase in product mix at points of sale.
- Provide frequent guidance to your team to ensure knowledge of the sales process and the commercial policies applicable to this channel.
- Track sales targets, coaching and developing the team to exceed objectives and strengthen the brand's presence in small retail.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the reality and needs of small retail, monitoring the entire process—from approach to closing—and delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintain and expand customer relationships, building solid long-term partnerships and identifying new business opportunities within the channel.
- Monitor team and channel performance indicators, analyze results and propose continuous improvement actions to increase productivity, profitability and market share in small retail.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields;
- Previous experience managing teams, in Sales or Merchandising;
- Experience working at points of sale such as stores, wholesalers, supermarkets and pharmacies;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid driver's license – category B
