About the role
- Manage and scale paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other platforms to hit LTV:CAC targets.
- Own the creative and landing page testing roadmap, collaborating cross-functionally to design structured experiments to optimize hooks, formats, messaging, and on-site experiences.
- Program manage ad production: brief and collaborate with design, manage UGC/creator pipelines, and ensure insights are translated into new assets.
- Lead performance analysis for paid social and new channels, surfacing actionable insights to guide media, creative, and landing page optimizations.
- Research, test, and scale emerging paid channels to unlock incremental growth.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, creative trends, and audience behaviors to keep Beautiful.ai’s acquisition strategy competitive.
- Report to the Head of Growth Marketing and lead creative and landing page strategy for paid social and emerging channels.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of hands-on paid social media management experience in B2C or SaaS environments.
- Proven track record managing ~$200K+/mo budgets across multiple social platforms.
- Deep experience with creative and landing page strategy and testing.
- Experience leading UGC content development: briefing creators, sourcing talent, and scaling authentic performance-driven content.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with SEM, lifecycle, product marketing, and design teams to build cohesive user journeys.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with GA4, Mode, Looker, Excel, or similar tools to interpret data and guide strategy.
- Experience optimizing for downstream metrics (CAC, trial-to-sub conversion, LTV:CAC).
- Located in or willing to overlap with the Pacific Time Zone (role is fully remote).
