About the role

  • Welcome and advise guests, anticipate their needs, and handle requests or complaints professionally
  • Execute premium service techniques and ensure coordination with the kitchen
  • Manage reservations, optimize occupancy, supervise service quality and closing procedures (cash handling, inventories, reporting)
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and table/setup presentation in the restaurant
  • Lead, train, and organize teams while ensuring their professionalism and effective communication with the kitchen

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, TheFork and Lightspeed
  • Excellent presentation, attention to detail, positive attitude, and leadership
  • Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 1 year of managerial experience in food & beverage, ideally in luxury hospitality
  • Fluency in French and English; knowledge of wine service/sommelier skills
