About the role

  • Welcome and advise guests, anticipate their needs, and handle requests or complaints professionally
  • Perform premium service techniques and ensure coordination with the kitchen
  • Manage reservations, optimize seating and occupancy, oversee service quality and close-out procedures (cash handling, inventories, reporting)
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and table setups in the restaurant
  • Supervise, train, and organize staff while ensuring professionalism and effective communication with the kitchen

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, TheFork, and Lightspeed
  • Excellent presentation, attention to detail, positive attitude and leadership
  • Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 1 year of managerial experience in food & beverage, ideally within luxury hotel operations
  • Fluent in French and English; knowledge of wine service / sommelier skills
