About the role

  • Welcome and advise guests, anticipate their needs, and handle requests or complaints professionally
  • Execute premium service techniques and ensure coordination with the kitchen
  • Manage reservations, optimize occupancy, supervise service quality and closing procedures (cash handling, inventories, reporting)
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization and the setup of the restaurant
  • Lead, train and organize teams while ensuring professionalism and clear communication with the kitchen

Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, TheFork and Lightspeed
  • Excellent presentation, attention to detail, positive attitude and leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, reliability and ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience in food & beverage, ideally within luxury hospitality
  • Fluent in French and English; knowledge of wine service (sommellerie)
