About the role
- Welcome and advise guests, anticipate their needs, and handle requests or complaints professionally
- Execute premium service techniques and ensure coordination with the kitchen
- Manage reservations, optimize occupancy, supervise service quality and closing procedures (cash handling, inventories, reporting)
- Maintain cleanliness, organization and the setup of the restaurant
- Lead, train and organize teams while ensuring professionalism and clear communication with the kitchen
Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, TheFork and Lightspeed
- Excellent presentation, attention to detail, positive attitude and leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, reliability and ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience in food & beverage, ideally within luxury hospitality
- Fluent in French and English; knowledge of wine service (sommellerie)
