About the role
- You organize and supervise the entire linen and uniform workflow, ensuring cleanliness, quality and confidentiality
- You manage stock levels, allocations, check-ins/check-outs and participate in inventories while reporting replenishment needs
- You ensure the maintenance of staff uniforms and care of guest linen according to hotel standards
- You strictly enforce hygiene and safety standards and internal procedures, keeping the laundry area clean and well organized
Requirements
- You are skilled in linen and laundry handling techniques, familiar with fabrics, wash cycles and ironing, and strictly apply hygiene, safety and hotel standards
- You have a strong service mindset and focus on guest satisfaction, with presentation and professional conduct suited to a 5-star establishment
- You are responsive, adaptable, discreet, courteous and respect confidentiality
- You demonstrate team spirit, attention to detail and a positive, proactive attitude
- You have proven experience in linen services, laundry or housekeeping, ideally in luxury hotel environments
