About the role
- You ensure a personalized, professional welcome, the quality of treatments and facilities, and overall guest satisfaction within the Spa
- You assist with daily organization, including managing schedules, bookings, cash handling and performance indicators
- You supervise, train and motivate the team of practitioners, ensuring continuity of service in the Spa Manager’s absence
- You manage stock and supplies and strictly enforce the hotel’s hygiene, safety and operational protocols
Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Spa Booker
- Excellent presentation, strong attention to detail, leadership skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable, personable and able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
- Fluent in French and English
