About the role
- You provide a personalized and professional welcome, ensure the quality of treatments and facilities, and maintain client satisfaction within the Spa
- You take part in daily organization and manage schedules, reservations, cash handling and performance indicators (KPIs)
- You supervise, train and motivate the team of practitioners (therapists), ensuring continuity of service in the absence of the Spa Manager
- You manage stock and supplies and strictly adhere to the establishment's hygiene, safety and protocol standards
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Spa Booker
- Excellent presentation, attention to detail, leadership and a positive attitude
- Reliable, strong interpersonal skills and able to remain calm in a dynamic environment
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
- Fluent in French and English
