About the role
- Ensure a personalized and professional welcome, the quality of treatments and facilities, and overall guest satisfaction within the Spa
- Participate in daily operations, including schedule management, reservations, cash handling and performance indicators
- Supervise, train and motivate the team of therapists/practitioners, ensuring continuity of service in the Spa Manager’s absence
- Manage stock and supplies, and strictly comply with the establishment's hygiene, safety and operational protocols
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position within luxury hospitality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Spa Booker
- Excellent presentation, strong attention to detail, leadership and a positive attitude
- Reliable, good interpersonal skills and able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in French and English
