Social Media Manager

• Reports to the VP, Marketing
• Develop, implement and manage the company’s social media strategy across all platforms
• Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to align and scale social-media content needs for top, middle and bottom of the funnel
• Recommend and define content formats and topics to meet messaging needs and achieve business objectives
• Define and manage a social-media content calendar, content production/development, delivery schedules, and cross-functional processes with key stakeholders
• Provide social trend forecasts and reports
• Utilize data and tools to monitor and evaluate current content distribution; monitor comments/feedback and client outreach
• Grow, maintain and track the performance of a network of collaborators/influencers
• Channel Optimization: update and professionalize social media presence to best serve followers; grow follower/subscriber base and potential monetization of social media presence
