About the role
- Maximize the value of the product by organizing and managing the work of the software development team
- Keep the Product Backlog organized, prioritized, and up to date
- Guide the developer team, ensuring projects meet the mission objectives
- Act as the voice of customer in Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product implementation
- Monitor product performance and user satisfaction through user testing
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for continuous product improvement
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to comply with Government regulations
- Successfully complete background check and maintain a valid USA driver’s license
- Previous experience leading Software Engineering
- Familiar with DevOps and Cyber
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitLab
- Strategic Vision: See the big picture for both the business and development teams
- Communication: Ability to articulate the mission clearly to stakeholders
- Mediator: Ability to manage goal and balance expectations
