About the role
- Responsible for procuring products
- Conducting negotiations with suppliers
- Optimizing product usage and cost of goods
- Developing and maintaining supplier relationships
- Ensuring product availability
- Demand planning based on sales forecasts
- Defining safety stock levels
- Monitoring supplier performance
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or degree (Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management)
- At least 4–5 years of professional experience in procurement
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables & forecasting)
- Experience working with international suppliers (especially Asia)
- Basic understanding of import/export, Incoterms, and customs procedures
- Business-fluent German (C1/C2)
- Business-fluent English (B2/C1)
