About the role
- First point of contact for customers by phone, email, WhatsApp, or in-store
- Preparing quotes for retailers and end customers
- Managing returns processes
- Proactively contacting retailers and supporting cold outreach (cold calling)
- Providing solution-oriented product advice
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, sales, or account management
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and enjoy direct customer contact
- Ability to communicate proactively and with a solution focus
- Proficient with email, CRM tools, and ERP systems
- Communicative and quick-thinking personality
- Openness to personal contact both by phone and through digital channels
