Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong consulting experience in end-to-end change management within business transformation programmes
Experience leading change workstreams or acting as a Business Change Manager
Proven experience delivering change within public and private sector organisations
Strong track record of accountability for planning, execution, and outcomes
Experience with recognised change methodologies e.g. Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR
Core change disciplines including stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communications, training, and benefits realisation
Strong communication and influencing skills
Ability to operate effectively within fast-paced environments
Interest in contributing to capability growth and mentoring junior consultants.
